    Two arrests were made after a physical altercation on October 25, 2015 at approximately 11:35 AM. Kimberly Martin, 50, of Manhattan was arrested for the offense of domestic battery and given a bond of $1,000.00 after pushing Marlo Martin, 47, of Manhattan during an altercation. Marlo Martin was arrested for the offense of aggravated battery and given a bond of $5,000.00 after police found that she used a golf club as a striking weapon during the same altercation against Kimberly Martin. Both were confined at the time of this report.

    Police are investigating aggravated criminal sodomy and aggravated indecent liberties with a child after a report was made of a 6-year-old female who was touched inappropriately by a family friend approximately 2 years ago. Police continue to investigate these crimes and due to its ongoing status and nature no further information was available for release at the time of this report.
