A Junction City doctor was bound over as charged Wednesday at a preliminary hearing for aggravated sexual battery. Allan Holiday was taken into custody last July after a report of an alleged aggravated sexual battery of a 16-year-old juvenile male. The alleged victim testified at the hearing.
Junction City Police at the time of the arrest indicated Holiday was arrested following an investigation of an incident reportedly occurring at a residence in Junction City.
Holiday’s arraignment has been set for January 22nd.
Holiday has served as an orthopedic surgeon at Geary Community Hospital.
