KMAN’s Cathy Dawes had a chance to visit with Matt Nelson of Overland Park, the uncle of Tyler Nelson who was shot early Friday morning at a home in Manhattan. KMAN has also reached out to Riley County Police officials and the Riley County Attorney’s Office for comments and will provide those if they become available.
