The Manhattan City Commission met with City staff Friday to discuss goals for this year.
“The department heads gave an overview of what their main priorities and goals are for this calendar year,” said Ron Fehr, Manhattan city manager.
Staff also discussed a questionnaire that Commissioners took before the meeting regarding their priorities.
“The City Clerk and I went and examined all those and put together a review sheet that showed some commonality,” Fehr said.
Street maintenance improvements, parks and recreation facilities improvement and economic development in the north corridor will be major focus points for the City this year.
