The Kansas Highway Patrol responded to an injury accident early Saturday morning on K18.
A 2004 GMC Sierra driven by Brandon Tucker (28) of Fort Riley was travelling westbound on K18 when the vehicle left the roadway near mile post 187 for an unknown reason. The vehicle then entered the median and struck a culvert and overturned, eventually landing on its wheels.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Tucker was not wearing his seat belt when the accident occurred , and he was transported to Via Christi Hospital in Manhattan with an unknown injury.
