    RCPDA Manhattan man was arrested on Friday, on charges of aggravated Burglary.
    Riley County Police say that 28-year-old Napolean Melton was arrested near Laramie street just after 2:00 a.m., on Friday.
    Melton was arrested on the charges of aggravated burglary and criminal damage to property between $1,000-25,000.00.
    Melton was given a bond of $20,000.00.

    A 26-year-old Manhattan man has been arrested following a probation violation.
    According to Riley County Police, Jeffrey Patrick Thompson was taken into custody on New Year’s Eve.
    Thompson was arrested on two counts of probation violation, operating his vehicle without an ignition interlock device, failure to appear, not carrying his license and interference with a law enforcement officer/obstruction.
    Thompson was given a bond of $7,750.00.

    Felony theft of property and services were among several charges that landed a Wamego man in jail, Thursday.
    20-year-old Mark Thomas Hecker was arrested by Riley County Police in Manhattan on Thursday morning.
    In addition to the felony theft of prperty charge, Hecker faces charges of driving while suspended, attempting to interfere with a law enforcement officer, failure to stop at a traffic stop and reckless driving.
    Hecker was given a bond of $10,000.00.

     A Leavenworth man has been arrested in Riley County.
    Riley County Police arrested 63-year-old Ross Eugene Bennett Jr., on Friday.
    Bennett was arrested on three charges of failure to appear in court and was given a bond of $15,000.00.
