Kansas State junior fullback Glenn Gronkowski will forgo his senior season and enter the NFL Draft, his father told Sports Illustrated’s Pete Thamel Saturday night.

Gronkowski has appeared in most of K-State’s games the last three seasons, but spent much of the 2015 campaign splitting snaps with Winston Dimel. In his career, he scored seven touchdowns for the Wildcats, with five of those coming via the pass.

K-State leads the Big 12 with having at least one player taken in 22 straight drafts. Before the season, college football expert Phil Steele listed Gronkowski as the best NFL prospect among fullbacks.
