A roll of police tape (police line) lies on the ground outside a home being foreclosed on in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 2009.
    Enrique Hinojosa

All three subjects sought following a drug raid in Riley County are in custody now. That’s according to Riley County Police Public Information Officer Matthew Droge who told KMAN early Wednesday morning the three were found in Topeka. More information will be released later in the morning.

As earlier reported two other arrests had been made during that raid–with two names listed on Wednesday morning’s arrest report including Dashaun Craig Lamont Perkins, 21, and Donte Trayvon Westmoreland, 23, both of Stockton, California. The two were arrested in the 1200 block of Bertrand Street and each has a $40,000 bond.

    (earlier report)

Riley County Police raided a drug operation Tuesday and made arrests; but as a result, police warn that three individuals are on the run. They are considered dangerous and potentially desperate.

Acting on a tip from a neighboring law enforcement agency, members of RCPD’s Special Investigation Unit located over 1,000 pills of ecstasy and approximately 6.5 lbs of marijuana with a street level value of approximately $55,000.

Police are looking for the three individuals that fled the area including:

Enrique Hinojosa (20) of Stockton, California is a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes. He weighs approximately 150 pounds and stands approximately 5’7″ inches. He was last seen wearing a grey shirt.

Victor Daniel (20) Lara also of Stockton, is a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes. He weighs approximately 160 pounds and stands approximately 5′ 7″. He was last seen wearing a grey shirt.

The third subject is unknown. He is a Hispanic male last seen wearing jeans and possibly a grey hooded sweatshirt.

These men have no known ties to the local community and are to be considered dangerous and potentially desperate. Law enforcement officials ask the community not to attempt to apprehend these subjects. If you see these men call 911 immediately and remain at a safe distance.

RCPD conducted its initial investigation with the Geary County Sherrif’s Office and the Junction City Police Department.
