    Police arrested Desie Chatfield on April 15, 2016 at approximately 6:30 PM. Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office made this arrest on a Riley County warrant for the offense of violation of a protective order. He was given a bond of $5,000.00 and at the time of this report was not confined at the Riley County Jail.


    Officers with the Riley County Police Department arrested Barrett Stokes, 21, of Manhattan while at the Riley County Police Department on April 26, 2016 at approximately 11:20 AM. Stokes was arrested on a warrant for probation violation and given “no bond.” This warrant was issued by the Kansas Department of Corrections. At the time of this report Stokes was confined at the Riley County Jail.


    Trisha Jones, 38, of Topeka, Kansas was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on April 26, 2016 at approximately 12:35 PM. Jones was arrested on the offense of failure to appear (X2) and theft of property or services (X2). These offenses were listed on warrants from Shawnee County, Kansas and gave a total bond of $8,500.00. At the time of this report she was not confined at the Riley County Jail.


    The Riley County Police Department arrested Stephanie Bryan, 24, of Manhattan while in the 100 block of N. 4th Street. Bryan was arrested at approximately 2:05 PM on April 26, 2016 on the offense of failure to appear. This warrant stems from an original offense of making false information. She was given a bond of $50,000.00 and at the time of this report was confined at the Riley County Jail.


    Arrested on the offense of probation violation and given “no bond” was Devin Field, 22, of Manhattan. Field was arrested while in the 100 block of N. 4th Street on April 26, 2016 at approximately 4:20 PM. This arrest is a result of a warrant which listed possession of marijuana with intent to distribute as the original offense. He was confined at the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.


    Sylvester Calvert Jr., 28, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on April 26, 2016 at approximately 3:05 PM. Calvert was arrested on the offenses of probation violation and failure to appear which were listed on warrants with original offense of criminal damage to property and possession of a controlled substance. He was given a bond of $6,500.00 and at the time of this report was confined at the Riley County Jail.


    A report was filed for a collision involving two vehicles in the 2600 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. on April 26, 2016 at approximately 3:10 PM. Police responded to the scene and found that a 2010 Dodge Avenger, driven by Mattie Nuckols, 24, of Manhattan, was struck by a 2000 Chevy 4 door vehicle, driven by Jeffrey Sims, 41, of Manhattan, while stopped at a red light. As a result of this accident a 12-year-old female passenger of the 2000 Chevy was transported to Via Christi Hospital for a complaint of pain. A citation was issued to Sims for the offense of following too closely.


    Police are asking for assistance in locating a Fastline Utility Bumper Trailer which was listed as stolen in a report filed on April 26, 2016 at approximately 6:00 PM. The theft is likely to have occurred earlier that day and involved unknown subject(s). This trailer was removed from the 11000 block of Crooked Creek Road in Leonardville, Kansas and the report listed Jordy Nelson, 30, of Suamico, Wisconsin as the victim. The trailer is noted as being black in color with wood decking and a rear ramp which is valued at approximately $1,500.00.
