On April 13, 2016 at approximately 10:40 PM officers with the Riley County Police Department arrested Mark Burghart, 49, of Leavenworth, Kansas. Burghart was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on a warrant for aggravated burglary and burglary to a vehicle. He was given a bond of $20,000.00 and at the time of this report was confined at the Riley County Jail. This warrant stems from an incident in June 2015 within Riley County.
