Officers with the Riley County Police Department arrested Susan Rodriguez, 26, of Manhattan on April 25, 2016 at approximately 5:55 PM. Rodriguez was arrested while in the 1400 block of Houston Street on the offense of failure to appear listed on a warrant that originated in Geary County, Kansas. This warrant had a bond of $5,000.00 and at the time of this report she was confined at the Riley County Jail.
