Two children who were reported missing on Wednesday afternoon have since been located. Xander Brandt, 10, and Reagan Eulenstein, 6, were reported missing after not being seen since 4 p.m. in the 700 block of Allen Road near Northview Elementary.
According to Riley County Police Public Information officer Matthew Droge the children were seen with friends and did not go straight home. Police canvased the area and set up a command post to coordinate efforts.
Police issued the “all clear” shortly before 8 p.m. The children were found safe several blocks from their home.
