    RCPDReportThe Riley County Police Department filed a report for the offenses of aggravated battery, aggravated burglary, and aggravated assault on June 14, 2016 at approximately 11:45 AM in the 1100 block of Ratone Street in Manhattan. Police were notified of an incident involving a 33-year-old male suspect and a 56-year-old female victim who were known to each other. Police were told that a knife was brandished during the incident inside of the victim’s vehicle and investigators continue to look into the matter. No arrests were made and no injuries were listed.

    Joshua Foster, 22, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on June 14, 2016 at approximately 5:40 PM. Foster was arrested on a warrant with the offense of probation violation with an original offense of three counts for distribution of marijuana, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and four counts for violation of a protective order. He was given a bond of $10,000.00.

    Police in Riley County arrested Alto Johns, 44, of Manhattan while in the 600 block of Fremont Street on June 14, 2016 at approximately 7:10 PM. Johns was arrested on the offense of failure to appear which was listed on a warrant that originated in Geary County, Kansas. He was given a bond of $10,000.00.

    The Riley County Police Department arrested Wesley Poore, 22, of Manhattan while in the 300 block of Fremont Street in Manhattan on June 14, 2016 at approximately 9:15 PM. Poore was arrested on a warrant with the offense of failure to appear which originated in Pottawatomie County, Kansas. He was given “no bond.”
