    The Riley County Police Department took into custody Christopher Curtis Harris, 28, of Manhattan, last night on 2 counts of perjury, and a 1st conviction of the violent offender registration act. At the time of this report, Harris was confined at Riley County jail with bond set at $15,000.

    Kelly Dustin Tessendor, 37, from Olathe was arrested under probable cause yesterday afternoon on 3 counts of a violation of the violent offender registration act. Bond was set at $15,000. Tessendor is confined at Riley County jail at the time of this report.

    Ryan Kyle Jensen, 27, of Manhattan was arrested on 2 counts of theft under $1,000, 1 count of making false writing, and 2 counts of criminal use of a financial card under $1,000. At the time of this report, bond was not set.

    And Tristen Wade Garner, 19, of Junction City was arrested yesterday evening on 2 counts of false writing. Bond was set at $5,000.
