Heather Spiller, 36, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on September 21, 2016 at approximately 1:50 PM. Spiller was arrested on a warrant for the offense of failure to appear with “no bond” (original offense was listed as possession of marijuana). She was confined at the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Paul Olberg, 50, of Junction City, Kansas was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on September 21, 2016 at approximately 9:45 PM. Olberg was arrested on offenses including burglary, theft, and making false information. He was given a bond of $5,000.00 and at the time of this report he was confined at the Riley County Police Department.
