For the Battle of Badges with Manhattan Fire Dept Driver Gregg Van De Creek, Riley County Police Department  PIO Officer Alexander Robinson, Riley County EMS KayLee Proctor and Account Manager American Red Cross Kristi Ingalls.  And finally Lt. Bradli Millington with K-State Police, and Michael Bear,  K-state’s new Emergency Manager.
