Officers listed Streeter Enterprise L.L.C. as the victim when it was reported that an unknown suspect entered a warehouse over the past several months and took a Mig welder, a welding helmet, jacket, and gloves, a Troy power washer, golf bag, Callaway golf clubs, Adams golf clubs, a golf towel, and golf balls. Jeffrey Ross-Leivan, 48, of Manhattan, was arrested in the 300 block of Riley Ave. in Ogden, Kansas, on June 30, 2017 at approximately 5:35 PM. Ross-Leivan was arrested for driving while suspended as well as on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Ross-Leivan’s total bond was set at $10,750.
