A Manhattan defense attorney was arrested Wednesday night for aggravated intimidation of a witness, criminal threat and domestic battery.
Troy Von Huser, 53, was taken into custody at 5 p.m. Wednesday at the Riley County Police Department and was released on a $5,000 bond.
RCPD Public Information Officer Hali Rowland told KMAN Thursday the charges listed in the arrest warrant were from an incident in February.
Huser’s website says his practice focuses on DUI defense, drug litigation and misdemeanor and felony criminal defense.
