Sylvester Calvert Jr., 30, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 3000 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. on February 21, 2018 at approximately 8:30 AM. Calvert Jr. was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for two counts of distribute a controlled substance within 1000′ of school property.
