Roy Cephas Jr., 19, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 2500 block of Farm Bureau Rd. in Manhattan on February 23, 2018 at approximately 6:30 AM. Cephas Jr. was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for three counts of probation violation. Cephas Jr. was issued a total bond of $11,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

Marquis McGraw, 34, of Junction City, Kansas was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on February 23, 2018 at approximately 2:40 PM. McGraw was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear and a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. McGraw’s total bond was set at $8,000.00. McGraw was not confined at the time of this report.

Dion Smith, 22, of Fort Rucker, Alabama, was arrested while ain the 3100 block of Heritage Ct. in Manhattan on February 23, 2018 at approximately 5:30 PM. Smith was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery. Smith was issued a bond of $15,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

Officers filed a report for theft in the 100 block of 9th St. in Ogden, Kansas on February 23, 2018 at approximately 9:00 PM. Officers listed Gary Blackburn, 53, of Ogden as the victim when he reported an uknown suspect took clothes, a Vizio TV, and other miscellanous electronics from his home. The total loss associated with this case is approximately $595.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

Officers filed a report for rape in Manhattan on February 24, 2018. Officers listed a 13 year old female as the victim and a male known to her as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.

Officers filed a report for aggravated robbery in the 1300 block of Marlatt Ave. in Manhattan on February 24, 2018 at approximately 3:00 AM. Officers listed James Watkins, 35, of Manhattan as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect struck him in the head and took his Samsung 7 Edge and ID card. The total loss associated with this case is approximately $300.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Officers filed a report for burglary and criminal damage to property in the 900 block of Bertrand St. in Manhattan on February 24, 2018 at approximately 5:45 AM. Officers listed Regan Foos, 20, of Manhattan, Natalie Wolfe, 21, of Manhattan, Jordan Wolfe, 22, of Manhattan, Emily Goodman, 20, of Olethe, Allison Steward, 22, of Olethe, and Emily Vandyke, 21, of Manhattan as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect made entry into a home, causing damage, and took multiple miscellanous electronics and shoes. The total loss associated with this case is approximately $7,605.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

Officers filed a report for theft in the 600 block of Allen Rd in Manhattan on February 24, 2018 at approximately 4:20 PM. Officers listed Ronald Pickett, 55, of Manhattan as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect tok his Smith & Wesson revolver. The total loss associated with this case is approximately $732.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

Officers filed a report for rape in Manhattan on February 24, 2018. Officers listed a 19 year old female as the victim and a male known to her as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.

Zachariah Beard, 22, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 2000 block of Strong Ave. in Manhattan on February 25, 2018 at approximately 1:00 AM. Beard was arrested on charges of burglary and criminal damage to property. Beard was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Beard was not confined at the time of this report.

Officers filed a report for theft in the 3400 block of Chimney Rock Rd. in Manhattan on February 25, 2018 at approximately 3:00 PM. Officers listed Sonia Reeves, 45, of Manhattan as the victim when she reported an unknown suspect took her purse which contained keys and a title to a vehicle. The total loss associated with this case is approximately $528.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

Officers filed a report for theft in the 1800 block of Anderson Ave. in Manhattan on February 25, 2018 at approximately 8:05 PM. Officers listed Melody Ridge, 21, of Manhattan as the victim when she reported an unknown suspect took her purse containing a wallet, money and keys. The total loss associated with this case is approximately $750.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

Ashley Meiss, 30, of Ogden, Kansas was arrested while in the 500 block of Bronco Way in Ogden, Kansas on February 25, 2018 at approximately 8:40 AM. Meiss was arrested on charges of violation of protection order, criminal damage to property and criminal tresspass. Meiss was issued no bond casing her to remain confined at the time of this report.
