Roy Cephas Jr. was arrested while in the 2500 block of Farm Bureau Rd. in Manhattan on February 23, 2018 at approximately 6:40 AM. Cephas Jr. was arrested on a charge of violation of protection order. Cephas Jr. was issued a bond of $10,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
Edward Cavenee, 33, of Manhattan, was arrested while in the 1000 block of Osage St. in Manhattan on February 26, 2018 at approximately 7:00 AM. Cavenee was arrested on charges of eight counts of burglary and four counts of criminal damage to property. Cavenee was issued a total bond of $20,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
Lonnie Gallauger, 50, of Manhattan, was arrested while in the 3000 block of Brookville Dr. in Manhattan on February 26, 2018 at approximately 5:20 PM. Gallauger was arrested on charges of three counts of rape, seven counts of electronic solicitation, three counts of aggravated criminal sodomy, seven counts of aggravated indecent solicitation of a child and one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Gallauger was issued a total bond of $200,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
David Wilson, 50, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 800 block of N 11th St. in Manhattan on February 26, 2018 at approximately 11:30 PM. Wilson was arrested on charges of one count of domestic battery, two counts of battery LEO and one count of interference with LEO. Wilson was issued a total bond of $8,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report for aggravated battery in the 200 block of N Kansas St. in Leonardville, Kansas on February 26, 2018 at approximately 11:40 PM. Officers listed Kenneth Foster, 53, of Leonardville, Kansas as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect battered him when he was outside of his home. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
Bryce Williams, 36, of Leonardville, Kansas, was arrested while in the 100 block of West Barton in Leonardville, Kansas on February 27, 2018 at approximately 12:25 AM. Williams was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Williams was issued a total bond of $5,000.00, causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
