    Officers responded to the report of an injury accident near the intersection of McDowell Creek Rd. and Pillsbury Dr. in Manhattan on February 27, 2018 at approximately 6:25 AM. When officers arrived on scene, they found a Gray 2005 Mazda driven by Curtis German, 54, of Manhattan collided with a Gray 2000 Toyota Camry driven by Paul Stuckwisch, 46, of Manhattan. German was transported to Via Christi for treatment of his injuries. German was issued a citation for failure to yield at a stop sign.

    Officers filed a report for giving worthless check, forgery, making false information and theft by deception in the 2000 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. on February 27, 2018 at approximately 12:50 PM. Officers listed United Bank and Trust as the victim when it was reported a known female suspect deposited bad checks into her account then spent the money. The total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,970.00.

    Officers filed four reports for theft by deception in the 1000 block of Westloop Pl. in Manhattan on February 27, 2018 at approximately 4:15 PM. Officers listed Kansas State Bank as the victim when it was reported a known male suspect withdrew money that was not his. The total loss associated with this case is approximately $20,000.00.
