Officers listed George Marcus, 65, of Junction City, Kansas as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect broke the door to his trailer and took several tools. Timothy Lesher, 52, of Gardner, Kansas, was arrested in the 500 block of S 4th St. in Manhattan on February 7, 2018 at approximately 12:31 AM. Lesher was arrested on charges of distribute stimulant, and possession of paraphernalia. Lesher was issued a total bond of $15,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
