    UPDATED: Friday, 5:14 p.m.

A Minneapolis man was shot late Thursday night in Junction City near the intersection of I-70 and U.S. Highway 77.

In a press release from the Junction City Police Department, authorities received a report of a subject suffering from a gunshot wound at the Motel 6 at 1931 Lacy Drive at 11:14 p.m.. Officers located an injured 19-year-old male from Minneapolis, Kansas, who was Life-Flighted to Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka.

The victim, identified as Trenton Penn, is in stable condition.

Detectives learned during their initial investigation that the shooting occurred in a hotel room after a physical altercation between the occupants of the room and subjects who arrived a short time before the incident.

Morgan Fabre, 19, of Manhattan, was arrested on charges of conspiracy to commit premeditated first degree murder, conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery, conspiracy to commit aggravated battery, conspiracy to commit aggravated assault and criminal threat. She is being held without bond pending first appearance.

JCPD says it is looking 24-year-old Cody Breeden, 28-year-old Jeremy and another subject unknown at this time. All three are from the Abilene area and should be considered armed and dangerous.
