    Officers filed a report for theft in the 1100 block of Bertrand St. in Manhattan on March 28, 2018 at approximately 1:30 PM. Officers listed Macy Mock, 21, of Manhattan as the victim when she reported that an unknown suspect stole her bicycle. The total loss associated with this case is approximately $619.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
    Donald Robinson, 63, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 300 block of Bluemont in Manhattan on March 28, 2018 at approximately 7:55 PM. Robinson was arrested on offenses of distribute certain stimulant, possession of depressant, possession of paraphernaila, use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernaila and possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant. Robinson was issued a total bond of $10,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
    Officers filed a report for burglary in the 200 block of Knox Ln. in Manhattan on March 28, 2018 at approximately 10:25 PM. Officers listed Gary Obrate, 65, of Manhattan as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took miscellaneous tools from his storage unit. The total loss associated with this case is approximately $515.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
