    Officers filed a report for aggravated criminal sodomy in Manhattan on March 30, 2018. Officers listed a 14 year old female as the victim and a 14 year old male known to her as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.

    Jaylin Riley, 21, of Manhattan, was arrested while in the 1100 block of Bluemont Ave. in Manhattan on March 30, 2018 at approximately 7:45 PM. Riley was arrested on offenses of distribute marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Riley was issued a total bond of $10,000.00. Riley was not confined at the time of this report.
     Mark Riley, 20, of Manhattan, was arrested while at the 1100 block of Bluemont Ave. in Manhattan on March 30, 2018 at approximately 7:45 PM. Riley was arrested on offenses of distribute marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Riley was issued a total bond of $10,000.00. Riley was not confined at the time of this report.
    Raymond Wood, 26, of Wamego, Kansas was arrested while in the 500 block of Colorado St. in Manhattan on April 2, 2018 at approximately 1:45 AM. Wood was arrested on offenses of possesion of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant, possession of oxycodone, possession of marijuana and use/possess with the intent ot use drug paraphernalia. Wood was issued a total bond of $8,000.00. Wood was not confined at the time of this report.
    Sara Boatman, 27, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 500 block of Yuma St. in Manhattan on April 2, 2018 at approximately 1:45 AM. Boatman was arrested on offenses of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia. Boatman was issued a total bond of $10,000.00 causing her to remain confined at the time of this report.
    Officers filed a report for theft by deception in the 2900 block of Gary Ave. in Manhattan on March 31, 2018 at approximately 6:50 PM. Officers listed Charlotte Welfringer, 84, of Manhattan, as the victim when she reported an unknown suspect scammed her out of money. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $6,640.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers.
