    Officers filed a report for aggravated sexual battery and lewd and lascivious conduct in Manhattan on May 15, 2018. Officers listed a 15 year old female as the victim and a 15 year old male known to her as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.
    Officers filed a report for theft in the 800 block of Allison Ave. in Manhattan on May 15, 2018 at approximately 10:50 PM. Officers listed Robert Dickson, 26, of Manhattan and Lauren Dickson, 24, of Manhattan as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect took miscellanous items from the victim’s storage area. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $580.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
    Steven Herron, 61, of Kansas City, Kansas was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on May 15, 2018 at approximately 12:20 AM. Herron was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, interference with law enforcement, driving while suspended and possession of drug paraphernalia. Herron was issued a total bond of $5,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
