    Officers filed a report for theft in the 4400 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. in Manhattan on on May 17, 2018 at approximately 8:20 PM. Officers listed Jason Ward, 47, of Manhattan as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took his 2000 Ford Taurus. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,200.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Justin Freed, 33, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 1300 block of Flint Hills Pl. in Manhattan on May 17, 2018 at approximately 7:40 PM. Freed was arrested for violation of a protection order and two Riley County District Court warrants for probation violation. Reed was issued a total bond of $11,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

    Angel Davis, 44, of Ogden, Kansas was arrested while in the 300 block of Seventh St. in Ogden on May 17, 2018 at approximately 7:15 AM. Davis was arrested on offenses of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of clonazepam, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Davis was issued a total bond of $10,000.00 causing her to remain confined at the time of this report.
