    Armed robbery attempted at Westport Taco Bell

    The Riley County Police Department received a report of an attempted robbery at the Taco Bell on the 1100 block of Westport Drive early Wednesday morning.

    RCPD said in a media release that the victims said two men armed with a gun and wearing masks committed the crime just before 2 a.m. The suspects fled the scene before police could arrive. The suspects were around 6 feet tall and had medium builds.
