Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 500 block of S 3rd St. in Manhatatn on July 13, 2018 at approximately 12:00 PM. Officers listed Katherine Barker, 48, of Rutland, Vermont as the victim when she reported an unknown suspect damaged her vehicle. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,200.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
Officers filed a report for theft in the 600 block of N Manhattan on July 13, 2018 at approximately 9:00 PM. Officers listed Jessica Husman, 29, of Manhattan as the victim when she reported an unknown suspect took her iPhone. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $720.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Officers filed a report for aggravated battery and battery in the 1300 block of Laramie St. in Manhattan on July 14, 2018 at approximately 3:50 AM. Officers listed Harrison Dirks, 21, of Manhattan and Jacob Ginder, 21, of Manhattan as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect hit the victims, causing injury. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Officers filed a report for aggravated battery and criminal damage to property in Manhattan on July 14, 2018. Officers listed a 22 year old female and a 21 year old male as the victims and a 34 year old male as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported (domestic) no additional information will be released.
Officers filed a report for motor vehicle theft in the 800 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. in Manhattan on July 13, 2018 at approximately 6:30 PM. Officers listed Midwest Ace Hardware as the victim when it was reported a known suspect did not return a moving truck. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $32,000.00.
Officers filed a report for aggravated battery and aggravated kidnapping in the 2900 block of Casement Rd. in Manhattan on July 14, 2018 at approximately 10:55 AM. Officers listed Amy Oneal, 48, of Manhattan as the victim when she reported two unknown suspects held her and cut her face with an unknown object. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Officers filed a report for domestic battery and criminal damage to property in Manhattan on July 14, 2018. Officers listed a 41 year old female and a 25 year old male as the victims and the suspects. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $920.00. Due to the nature of the crime reported (domestic) no additional information will be released.
Christina Reyes, 30, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 4700 block of Observation Point Dr. in Manhattan on July 14, 2018 at approximately 2:25 PM. Reyes was arrested on offenses of distribute opiates, possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant and possession of depressent. Reyes was issued a total bond of $8,000.00. Reyes was not confined at the time of this report.
Darryl Curry, 34, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 1500 block of Oxford Pl. in Manhattan on July 14, 2018 at approximately 1:30 PM. Curry was arrested on offenses of domestic aggravated battery and reckless driving. Curry was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Curry was not confined at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report for aggravated battery and domestic battery in Manhattan on July 16, 2018. Officers listed an 18 year old female and a 20 year old female as the victims and the suspects. Due to the nature of the crime reported (domestic) no additional information will be released.
Officers filed a report for battery and criminal damage to property in the 2200 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. in Manhattan on July 16, 2018 at approximately 12:20 AM. Officers listed Dione Hosier, 45, of Manhattan as the victim when she reported an unknown suspect pushed her and damaged her motorcycle. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
Tanija Flora, 20, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on July 16, 2018 at approximately 12:15 AM. Flora was arrested on an offense of aggravated battery. Flora was issued a total bond of $5,000.00 causing her to remain confined at the time of this report.
Amanda Slate, 31, of Riley, Kansas was arrested while in the 200 block of N High St. in Riley, Kansas on July 15, 2018 at approximately 2:30 PM. Slate was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for abuse of a child. Slate was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Slate was not confined at the time of this report.
