RCPD Report 8/21/18

Officers filed a report for rape in Manhattan on August 21, 2018. Officers listed a 29 year old female as the victim and a male known to her as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.
Keith Hawkins, 38, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on August 20, 2018 at approximately 10:10 PM. Hawkins was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for distribution of methamphetamine, conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and distribution of methamphetamine. Hawkins was issued a total bond of $10,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
Troy Huser, 54, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on August 20, 2018 at approximately 4:55 PM. Huser was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Huser was issued a total bond of $7,500.00. Huser was not confined at the time of this report.
Christopher Clark, 38, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 2100 block of Griffith Terrace in Manhatatn on August 20, 2018 at approximately 2:55 PM. Clark was arrested on offenses of possession of a stimulant, use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia, interference with LEO, theft, attempted burglary, criminal damage to property and theft. Clark was issued a total bond of $26,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
