    Officers filed a report for criminal use of a financial card in the 500 block of Fort Riley Blvd. in Manhattan on August 2, 2018 at approximately 12:45 PM. Officers listed Endacott Lighting as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect used a false credit card to take electrical supplies. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $8,200.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
    Officers filed a report for aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Officers listed a 16 year old female as the victim and a 21 year old male known to her as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.
    Tekia Wilson, 41, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 500 block of Stonemont Dr. in Manhattan on August 2, 2018 at approximately 10:15 AM. Wilson was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for criminal threat. Wilson was issued a total bond of $25,000.00. Wilson was not confined at the time of this report.
    Jeffrey Hughes, 45, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 500 block of N 16th St. in Manhattan on August 2, 2018 at approximately 8:00 AM. Hughes was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court Warrant for probation violation (x2), a Riley County District Court warrant for criminal use of a financial card and forgery. Hughes was issued a total bond of $8,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
    Officers filed a report for aggravated endangering a child in the 1900 block of Hayes Drive in Manhattan on August 2, 2018 at approxixmately 2:45 PM. Officers listed a 5 year old male as the victim and a 70 year old male as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.
    Jason Winkelman, 46, of Leonardville, Kansas was arrested while at the Riley County Police Departmenat on August 2, 2018 at approximately 11:00 PM. Winkelman was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear (x3). Winkelman was issued a total bond of $15,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
