    Officers filed a report for burglary in Manhattan on August 6, 2018 at approximately 2:00 PM. Officers listed Raheem Williams, 24, of Fort Riley, as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took speakers and an amp from his vehicle. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $600.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
    Officers filed a report for aggravated domestic battery in Manhattan on August 6, 2018 at approximately 1:30 PM. Officers listed a 21 year old female as the victim and a 36 year old male known to her as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported (domestic) no additional information will be released.
    Officers filed a report for theft in the 1400 block of College Ave in Manhattan on August 6, 2018 at approximately 6:00 PM. Officers listed Donald Finney, 80, of Manhattan as the victim when he reported a known suspect fraudulently wrote a check in his name. The estimated total loss assocaited with this case is approximately $500.00.
    Officers filed a report for aggravated indecent solicitation of a child in Manhattan on August 6, 2018. Officers listed a 12 year old female as the victim and a 25 year old male as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.
    Tyler White, 25, of Ogden, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on August 6, 2018 at approximately 5:10 PM. White was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. White was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. White was not confined at the time of this report.
    Jeffrey Hughes, 45, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 500 block of N 16th St. in Manhattan on August 2, 2018 at approximately 8:00 AM. Hughes was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for probation violation and a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Hughes was issued a total bond of $5,500.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
