    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 700 block of Bertrand St. in Manhattan on September 9, 2018 at approximately 12:05 PM. Officers listed Christopher Rogers, 46, of Long Island, Kansas, as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect damaged tires on his 1999 Ford F-350 truck. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $600.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
    Officers filed a report for theft by deception in the 3700 block of Katherine Cir. in Manhattan on September 9, 2018 at approximately 3:45 PM. Officers listed Holly Watson, 31, of Manhattan as the victim when she reported she paid a known suspect to complete work and the work was never completed. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers.     Officers filed a report for burglary in the 1900 block of Violet Cir. in Manhattan on September 7, 2018 at approximately 1:10 PM. Officers listed Kyle Contreras, 24, of Manhattan as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took his military gear and other miscellaneous items from his home. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,600.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers.     Officers filed a report for theft in the 800 block of Sunset St. in Manhattan on September 7, 2018 at approximately 4:25 PM. Officers listed the City of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took miscellaneous signs. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers.     Tyran Hernandez, 38, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 500 block of Stone Dr. in Manhattan on September 10, 2018 at approximately 3:30 AM. Hernandez was arrested on offenses of aggravated battery, aggravated assault, possession of marijuana and use/possess paraphernalia. Hernandez was issued a total bond of $15,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
    Officers filed a report for burglary in the 3900 block of Stagg Hill Rd. in Manhattan on September 9, 2018 at approximately 1:25 PM. Officers listed James Murphy, 74, of Manhattan as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took miscellaneous items from his building. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $600.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
    Angel Davis, 44, of Ogden, was arrested while in the 800 block of N 11th St. in Manhattan on September 8, 2018 at approximately 1:00 AM. Davis was arrested on offenses of possession of opiates, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, use/possess paraphernalia, and ignition interlock device. Davis was issued a total bond of $6,000.00. Davis was not confined at the time of this report.
