    Jorge Figueroa-Franquiz, 30, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 100 block of N 4th St. in Manhattan on September 13, 2018, at approximately 11:00 AM. Figueroa-Franquiz was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Figueroa-Franquiz was issued a total bond of $5,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 2500 block of Browning Ave. in Manhattan on September 13, 2018, at approximately 9:50 AM. Officers listed Susan B Anthony school as the victim when it was reported three known juvenile suspects damaged the lawn of the school with a vehicle. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500.00.
    Officers filed a report for burglary theft and criminal damage to property in the 3100 block of Anderson Ave. in Manhattan on September 13, 2018, at approximately 8:00 AM. Officers listed Robbins Motor Company as the victim when it was reported three known juvenile suspects made entry into the business, causing damage, and took a 2019 Dodge Ram, a 2018 Jeep Rubicon, and a Jeep. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $158,315.00. The vehicles were all recovered.
    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 300 block of S 3rd St. in Manhattan on September 13, 2018 at approximately 5:20 PM. Officers listed ATA Bus as the victim when it was reported a known male suspect damaged a door to the bus. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,000.00.
