    Ty Suggs, 25, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 300 block of S Manhattan on October 27, 2018, at approximately 10:45 PM. Suggs was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation (x2) and violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act. Suggs was issued a total bond of $17,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

    Terrence Wallace, 29, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 1700 block of Anderson Ave. in Manhattan on October 28, 2018, at approximately 7;40 PM. Wallace was arrested on offenses of driving while suspended, interference with LEO, unlawful possession of stimulants, possession of opiates, opium, narcotics or certain stimulants and possession of marijuana. Wallace was issued a total bond of $7,500.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery in Manhattan on October 26, 2018 at approximately 6:05 PM. Officers listed a 23-year-old female as the victim and a 25-year-old male known to her as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported (domestic), no additional information will be released.

    Officers filed a report for aggravated burglary in the 200 block of Riley Ave. in Ogden on October 27, 2018, at approximately 1:30 PM. Officers listed Rocky Newell, 54, of Ogden as the victim when he reported a known suspect was found in his residence.
    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 500 block of N Manhattan Ave. in Manhattan on October 28, 2018, at approximately 2:30 AM. Officers listed Dirty Dawgs Saloon as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged the business’ exterior lights. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $750.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
    Officers filed a report for robbery in the 1200 block of Moro St. in Manhattan on October 28, 2018 at approximately 4:30 AM. Officers listed Cadyn Allen, 22, of Manhattan as the victim when she reported an unknown suspect took her iPhone 6s. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
    Officers filed a report for burglary and criminal damage to property in the 1700 block of Vaughn Dr. in Manhattan on October 28, 2018 at approximately 8:00 AM. Officers listed Alan Begnoche, 52, of Manhattan as the victim when two known male suspects broke the window to his 2017 Chrysler 300 and took items from inside. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,165.00.
    Jesup Mcclelland, 18, of St. George was arrested while in the 800 block of N 4th St. in Manhattan on October 28, 2018, at approximately 7:40 a.m. Mcclelland was arrested on offenses of criminal use of a financial card, theft (x4), burglary (x3), possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant, possession of marijuana, use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia, criminal damage to property, contribute to a child’s misconduct and possession of stolen property. Mcclelland was issued a total bond of $20,500.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
    Evan Guenther, 16, of St. George was arrested while in the 800 block of N 4th St. in Manhattan on October 28, 2018 at approximately 8:00 AM. Guenther was arrested on offenses of distribute certain depressant, possession of depressant, use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Guenther was not confined at the time of this report.
