    Jason Simonds, 45, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 4000 block of Kimball Ave. in Manhattan on November 18, 2018, at approximately 10:25 AM. Simonds was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation and offenses of use/possess paraphernalia and possession of opiates, opium, narcotic or certain stimulants. Simonds was issued a total bond of $9,000.00. Simonds was not confined at the time of this report.
    Officers filed a report for theft in the 1100 block of Moro St. in Manhattan on November 17, 2018, at approximately 2:05 AM. Officers listed Caleb Bland, 22, of Fort Riley as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took his iPhone 7 Plus. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $800.00.  Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
    Reginald Grady, 29, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on November 16, 2018, at approximately 6:00 PM. Grady was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Grady was issued a total bond of $5,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
    David Maldonado Jr., 43, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 2400 block of Buttonwood Dr. in Manhattan on November 16, 2018, at approximately 12:00 PM. Maldonado Jr. was arrested on an offense of violating offender registration act. Maldonado Jr. was issued a total bond of $10,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
