    Joshua Potter, 23, of Shawnee, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on November 20, 2018 at approximately 12:50 PM. Potter was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Potter was issued a total bond of $6,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
    Joseph Hammond, 47, of Junction City, was arrested while in the 400 block of Fremont St. in Manhattan on November 20, 2018, at approximately 10:30 AM. Hammond was arrested on offenses of distribute or possess with the intent to distribute heroin within 1000′ of a school, distribute certain stimulant (x2) criminal possession of a  weapon by a felon, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia with the intent to manufacture/plant/cultivate controlled substance, use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia, and possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant. Hammond was issued a total bond of $20,000.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
    Dawn Cyphers, 40, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 400 block of Fremont St. in Manhattan on November 20, 2018, at approximately 10:30 AM. Cyphers was arrested on offenses of distribute certain stimulant (x2), possession of paraphernalia with the intent to manufacture/plant/cultivate controlled substance, use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant. Cyphers bond was set at $20,000.00. Cyphers was not confined at the time of this report.
    Jacob Alexander, 25, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 400 block of Fremont St. in Manhattan on November 20, 2018 at approximately 10:30 AM. Alexander was arrested on offenses of possession of controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia with the intent to manufacture/plant/cultivate controlled substance and use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia. Alexander was also arrested on a separate Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. Alexander was issued a total bond of $5,750.00 causing him to remain confined at the time of this report.
    Erica Kamphaus, 37, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 700 block of Crestwood Dr. in Manhattan on November 20, 2018 at approximately 7:10 AM. Kamphaus was arrested on offenses of aggravated assault and transmit/communicate false info. Kamphaus was issued a total  bond of $6,000.00. Kamphaus was not confined at the time of this report.
