The 28 acre property is located on the south side of Anderson Ave., west of the intersection of Kimball and North Scenic Drive. The property being annexed belongs to St Luke’s Lutheran Church for their new facility located right outside the city limits. Deputy County Counselor Craig Cox presented the resolution.
