Officers responded to an injury accident at the intersection of Kimball and Wreath Ave in Manhattan on January 16, 2019, at approximately 7:05 AM. When officers arrived on scene they found a bicyclist, Dillan Stelly, 14, of Manhattan, had collided with a 2017 Ford E 450, driven by, John Dailey, 74, of St. George. Stelly was transported to Via Christi for treatment of minor injuries.
Officers filed a report for indecent solicitation of a child in Manhattan on January 16, 2019, at approximately 3:40 PM. Officers listed a 15-year-old female as the victim and an 18-year-old male as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.
