    Officers responded to a report of a medical emergency in the 100 block of E Bluemont in Manhattan on February 4, 2019, at approximately 6:00 PM.  When officers arrived on scene they found a 2011 Mercedes Bentz, driven by Gjon Dushaj, 24, of Manhattan had struck a building. Minor injuries were reported but no one was transported to the hospital.

    Officers filed a report for identity theft in the 300 block of 8th St in Ogden on February 4, 2019, at approximately 10:20 AM. Officers listed Nathan Reeves, 33, of Ogden as the victim when an unknown suspect took money from the victim’s bank account. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $3,500.00. Police ask that anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Morgan Fabre, 20, of Manhattan was arrested in the 700 block of Colorado St in Manhattan on February 5, 2019, at approximately 12:40 AM. Fabre was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Fabre was issued a total bond $5,000.00.  Fabre was still confined at the time of this report.

    Derek Blea, 26, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on February 4, 2019, at approximately 11:00 AM.  Blea was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear.  Blea was issued a total bond of $10,000.00.  Blea was not confined at the time of this report.

    Kendall Brokenberry, 27, of Manhattan was arrested in the 500 block of Pierre in Manhattan on February 4, 2019, at approximately 10:40 PM. Brokenberry was arrested on the offenses of criminal trespass and violation of protection order. Brokenberry was issued no bond, causing him to still be confined at the time of this report.

    Nathan Bell, 23, of Manhattan was arrested in 600 block N Scenic in Manhattan on February 4, 2019, at 0430 AM.  Bell was arrested on the offenses of two counts of use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia; two counts of possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; possession of hallucinogenic drug; distribute certain hallucinogenic; and possession of marijuana.  Bell was issued a total bond of $15,000.00. Bell was not confined at the time of this report.
