Officers listed B & T Self-storage, Patience Knight, 37, Amy Westerman, 19, Brittany Sadler, 30, Katelynn Clark, all of Manhattan, Brian Huwiler, 38 of Wamego, and Bryce Tucker of Maricopa, Arkansas as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged padlocks and took miscellaneous clothing, holiday decorations, outdoor recreational items, tools, electronics, and miscellaneous household items. Zachary Tilton, 30 of Manhattan was arrested in the 900 block of N 4th St in Manhattan on March 21, 2019, at approximately 10:40 PM.
