Officers responded to a report of an injury crash near the intersection of Claflin and Wreath Ave in Manhattan on March 26, 2019, at approximately 8:35 AM. When officers arrived they found a 2005 Nissan Murano driven by Osamah Dahlawi, 38 of Manhattan had collided with a 2011 Toyota Avalon driven by Edith Black, 81 of Manhattan. Black was transported to Via Christi for treatment of her injuries. Dahlawi was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way at stop sign.
Anthony Moss, 51 of Manhattan was arrested in the 400 block of S 17th St in Manhattan on March 26, 2019, at approximately 10:45 AM. Moss was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Moss was issued a total bond of $40,000.00. Moss was still confined at the time of this report.
