    Officers filed a report for theft in the 600 block of Pecan in Manhattan on April 15, 2019, at approximately 11:00 AM. Officers listed Douglass Bell, 33 of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took miscellaneous tools. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,900.00. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Officers filed a report for burglary in the 400 block of Riley in Ogden on April 15, 2019, at approximately 8:00 PM. Officers listed Allen Guatemala Osejo, 30 of Ogden as the victim when it was reported a known male suspect took his laptop. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500.00.

    Officers filed a report for burglary in the 400 block of Ninth in Ogden on April 15, 2019, at approximately 8:05 PM. Officers listed Elpidio Gutierrez, 27 of Ogden as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took a firearm. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $501.00. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Officers filed a report for theft in the 2500 block of Farm Bureau Rd in Manhattan on April 15, 2019, at approximately 9:40 PM. Officers listed Steven Lowe, 51 of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported a known male suspect and a known female suspect took multiple lighters. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $800.00.

    Trevonn Hall, 20 of Ogden was arrested in the 2900 block of Anderson Ave in Manhattan on April 15, 2019, at approximately 10:40 PM. Hall was arrested on the offenses of driving while suspended and criminal possession of a weapon by felon. Hall was issued a total bond of $5,500.00. Hall was no longer confined at the time of this report.

    Jeffrey Hughes, 46 of Manhattan was arrested in the 800 block of Colorado in Manhattan on April 16, 2019, at approximately 2:40 AM. Hughes was arrested on two Riley County District Court warrants for two counts of failure to appear. Hughes was issued a total bond of $5,000.00.
