    Officers filed a report for forgery and theft in the 100 block of Erpelding in Leonardville on April 19, 2019, at approximately 1:00 PM. Officers listed Riley State Bank of Leonardville, Landmark National Bank and Briggs Auto both of Manhattan as the victims when it was reported a known male suspect used checks to obtain cash. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $12,281.00.

    Officers filed a report for criminal trespass and criminal damage to property in the 10000 block of Blue River Hills Rd in Manhattan on April 19, 2019, at approximately 6:00 PM. Officers listed Blake Richards, 45 of Manhattan and Shane Rhoton, 39 of Fairbanks, AK as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged tractor and trailer tires. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,900.00. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Officers filed a report for aggravated assault, battery and criminal damage to property in the 3000 block of Pecanwood in Manhattan on April 20, 2019, at approximately 3:30 PM. Officers listed Grace Graniewski, 19 and Rest Care both of Manhattan as the victims when it was reported a known suspect injured her, displayed a weapon and damaged a vehicle, table, garage door, and light fixture. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $3,540.00. Nathan Walker, 18 of Manhattan was arrested in connection on April 20, 2019, at approximately 7:10 PM. Walker was arrested on the offenses of aggravated assault, battery, and criminal damage to property. Walker was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Walker was still confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for theft in the 1100 block of Moro in Manhattan on April 21, 2019, at approximately 2:00 AM. Officers listed Alexandra Allen, 21 of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took an iPhone 6, purse and bank cards. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $800.00. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Officers filed a report for burglary in the 1100 block of Garden Way in Manhattan on April 21, 2019, at approximately 4:15 AM. Officers listed Ciara Wooten, 30 and Charles Kendrick, 34 both of Manhattan as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect took an Xbox One, a TV and speakers. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,560.00. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Officers filed a report for aggravated criminal sodomy and kidnapping in Manhattan on April 22, 2019, at approximately 3:05 AM. Officers listed a 21-year-old female as the victim and an unknown male as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no further information will be released.

    Mykah Moon, 18 of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on April 21, 2019, at approximately 4:50 PM. Moon was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for burglary and possession of stolen property. Moon was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Moon was no longer confined at the time of this report.
