Fry was arrested on the offenses of two counts of lewd and lascivious; exposing sex organs to another =>16, lewd and lascivious; exposing sex organs to another <16, and possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant. Fry was issued a total bond of $17,000.00. Fry was still confined at the time of this report.
Savalas Tolliver, 43 of Manhattan was arrested in the 900 block of Kearney in Manhattan on April 23, 2019, at approximately 12:35 AM.
