    Officers filed a report for theft in the 900 block of Moro in Manhattan on April 22, 2019, at approximately 12:30 PM. Officers listed Dakota Allen, 23 of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took his 2006 Suzuki motorcycle. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,500.00. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Curtis Fry, 57 of Udall, KS was arrested in the 1100 block of Moro in Manhattan on April 22, 2019, at approximately 10:20 AM. Fry was arrested on the offenses of two counts of lewd and lascivious; exposing sex organs to another =>16, lewd and lascivious; exposing sex organs to another <16, and possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant. Fry was issued a total bond of $17,000.00. Fry was still confined at the time of this report.

    Savalas Tolliver, 43 of Manhattan was arrested in the 900 block of Kearney in Manhattan on April 23, 2019, at approximately 12:35 AM. Tolliver was arrested on the offenses of abuse of a child and battery. Tolliver was issued a total bond of $15,000.00. Tolliver was still confined at the time of this report.
