    Officers filed a report for theft in the 800 block of Commons PL in Manhattan on April 27, 2019, at approximately 9:00 PM. Officers listed Andrew Kohls, 31 of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took his iPhone 7 plus. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,000.00. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Officers listed Robins Motor Company of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took a 2015 Dodge Challenger, a 2019 Dodge Durango and a 2017 Dodge Charger. Officers listed Garrett Hazlett, 22 of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged a lock and took his bicycle.     Officers responded to a report of a male walking around carrying a gun near 17th and Poyntz in Manhattan on April 28, 2019, at approximately 10:45 PM. Officers located the individual and he was taken into custody without incident. A 14-year-old male was arrested on the offenses of criminal possession of a weapon by a felon and criminal use of a weapon. The juvenile was transported to the North Central Kansas Regional Juvenile Detention Center and is still confined at this time.
