    Officers filed a report for fraud in the 100 block of Bluemont in Manhattan on April 5, 2019, at approximately 10:50 AM. Officers listed Matthew Sanchez, 31 and Central National Bank both of Manhattan as the victims when it was reported a known male suspect took cash. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,000.00.

    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 800 block of Walters on April 5, 2019, at approximately 12:10 PM. Officers listed Eisenhower Middle School as the victim when it was reported a known male suspect damaged a window and chair. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $523.00.

    Officers filed a report for rape in Manhattan on April 5, 2019, at approximately 4:00 PM. Officers listed a 21-year-old female as the victim and a 23-year-old male known to her as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no further information will be released.

    Officers filed a report for criminal threat, assault and criminal damage to property in the 400 block of Clydesdale Dr in Manhattan on April 5, 2019, at approximately 5:05 PM. Officers listed Carl Taylor, 54 of Manhattan and a 14-year-old male of Ogden as the victims when it was reported a known male suspect threw items and damaged a TV. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $550.00.

    Officers filed a report for criminal trespass and criminal damage to property in the 3300 block of Shady Valley Dr in Manhattan on April 5, 2019, at approximately 5:10 PM. Officers listed Melanie Vinson, 44 of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged a shed and fence. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,000.00. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Officers filed a report for burglary and criminal damage to property in the 500 block of Messenger Rd in Manhattan on April 7, 2019, at approximately 1:50 PM. Officers listed Kalyn Meseke, 23 of Belaire, KS, Anissa Brogden, 19 and Malinda Johnson, 20 both of Manhattan as the victims when it was reported an unknown female suspect damaged a vehicle and took miscellaneous items. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $923.00. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

    Kevin Harbaugh, 37 of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on April 5, 2019, at approximately 10:45 AM. Harbaugh was arrested on an Ogden Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. Harbaugh was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Harbaugh was still confined at the time of this report.

    Dale Clark, 47 of Chapman was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on April 5, 2019, at approximately 5:35 PM. Clark was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Clark was issued a total bond of $5,000.00. Clark was still confined at the time of this report.
