    Amanda Wilroy, 41, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 700 block of Allen Rd. in Manhattan on May 3, 2019, at approximately 12:41 PM. Wilroy was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear and a charge of violating offender registration act. Wilroy was issued a total bond of $11,000.00 causing her to remain confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 400 block of 3rd St. in Manhattan on May 3, 2019, at approximately 1:45 PM. Officers listed TGK Properties as the victim when an unknown suspect spray painted the store. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500.00. Police ask that anyone with information please contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Officers listed Michael Gans, 26, of Manhattan as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took packages containing tools and a watch from his residence. Officers listed Ana Estefania Moreno Jacinto, 22, of Manhattan as the victim when she reported an unknown suspect took electronics from her residence. Officers listed Kirbian Peters II, 23, of Manhattan as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took his Navy 2014 Ford Fusion and electronics inside. Officers listed Farm House Fraternity as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged the victim’s lawn.     Officers filed a report for aggravated assault near the 800 block of N Manhattan Ave. in Manhattan on May 5, 2019 at approximately 2:50 AM. Officers listed Olivia White, 18, Hannah Kaberlein, 19, Makenzie Kozar, 19, and Haydn Mann, 19, as the victims when it was reported a gun was discharged by a known male suspect. Antonio Coffin, 25, of Fort Riley was arrested in connection on an offense of aggravated assault x 4. Coffin was issued a total bond of $10,000.00. Coffin was not confined at the time of this report.
