Officers responded to the report of an injury accident near the intersection of Tuttle Creek Blvd. and Ewing Rd. on May 7, 2019, at approximately 6:05 PM. When officers arrived on scene, they found a 2013 White Nissan Altima driven by Jaylen King, 23, of Manhattan was struck by a 2012 Black Dodge Caravan driven by Kristin Powers, 30, of Olsburg. King was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way. Three juveniles in the Dodge Caravan were taken to Via Christi for treatment of their injuries.
